Our cloud software enables a modern, flexible &amp; optimised payroll process to reduce processing time for employers and revolutionise the employee experience.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>When did you join BASDA<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">March 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>What was your reason for joining BASDA?<\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019re a highly innovative business that likes to do things differently.\u00a0 We are passionate about change and shaping the future of payroll and the getting paid experience and felt BASDA would support this.<\/p>\n<h2>What value do you hope BASDA will bring to your business?<\/h2>\n<p>Influence over the industry and a forum for working with other like-minded businesses.\u00a0 Having a say and what we can offer when it comes to proposed changes to legislation.<\/p>\n<h2>Are there any particular topics that BASDA is championing that you are particularly interested in?<\/h2>\n<p>We are very interested in\u00a0Payroll, Pensions &amp; HR, the world of\u00a0Faster Payments and\u00a0Payments and Finance.<\/p>\n<h2>What are the current challenges within your industry and how can BASDA help your company as the voice of industry?<\/h2>\n<p>Payroll is a stagnant world riddled with inefficiency, button pressing, report running and excel hell.
