The big difference is apprenticeships offer a much better-defined structure and tend to last longer than most internships.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They also involve a combination of on-the-job training and expert instruction, allowing apprentices to gain practical skills while also learning the theory behind them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Working Knowledge marketing apprentices are fully supported by their marketing coach, peer group and specialist trainers. Some are classed as work experience and are unpaid opportunities. Sure, you might get some experience of the working environment but you\u2019re not guaranteed to bring home a wage.
