With over 300 entries received from organisations across the UK, this achievement reflects our commitment to excellence in <a href=\"http:\/\/atwdev.co.uk\/workingknowledge\/\">apprenticeship training<\/a> and the transformative impact of our programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-celebrating-excellence-in-l-amp-d\"><strong>Celebrating Excellence in L&amp;D<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Powered by the employee insight platform, New Possible, the <a href=\"https:\/\/newpossible.io\/british-training-awards\">British Training Awards<\/a> aim to recognise organisations that excel in Learning and Development (L&amp;D) to build a thriving workforce. From start-up innovators to global titans, finalists span diverse sectors, showcasing initiatives that drive tangible value and innovation in L&amp;D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible and British Training Awards judge, said: &#8220;With entries soaring by 90% this year, judging was both an immense privilege and a real challenge.
